E-Learning has come a long way in the last few years. With the advancement of broadband technology the barriers to learning at distance have started to break down. By taking a blended approach you can start replacing face-to-face training programs with E-learning in a controlled manner, minimising the cultural impact of your change.

Well, we appreciate that whilst a lot can be done to cut out travel and reduce the emissions that are caused by face-to-face training, there is still a huge role for it to play in organisational development. We advocate a "blended" approach; that is using face-to-face training only where it is absolutely adding value to the process and then using E-learning for everything else.
